A focused Phase 1 build that unifies CAA's Zoho CRM task activity and Zoho Voice call logs into a single real-time dashboard — giving leadership immediate visibility into rep tasks and phone call history across the organization. Designed to grow into the full platform as adoption increases.
CAA operates across 20+ U.S. markets with teams relying on Zoho CRM and Zoho Voice daily — yet task activity and call log data live in separate views with no unified place for leadership to ask: "What exactly did each rep accomplish today across CRM tasks and phone calls — and when?"
Phase 1 solves that. We will design and deliver a focused dashboard that continuously syncs task activity from Zoho CRM and call log data from Zoho Voice into one normalized, queryable database — surfaced through a purpose-built dashboard giving leadership timestamped, per-user visibility. If Phase 1 proves valuable, Phase 2 can expand to Gmail, Zoom, and Google Calendar with the architecture already in place.
The following represents the core scope for this engagement. This is a rough estimate designed to cover the items discussed. Any features or requirements beyond what is outlined below will be evaluated and agreed upon separately before any additional work begins.

Phase 2 Ready: The architecture is intentionally designed to be extensible. Adding Gmail, Zoom, and Google Calendar in a future phase requires no rework — only new integration modules on the same foundation already in place.
Bi-Weekly Progress Invoicing: Following the initial $350 setup fee, invoices are issued every two weeks based on hours logged during that period. For this Phase 1 engagement, expect approximately 30–40 hours per two-week period at the discounted rate of $105/hr — meaning typical bi-weekly invoices will range between $3,150 – $4,200. You will always be informed in advance of any significant deviation.
Even for Phase 1, this is not a standard web development project. It requires deep, simultaneous expertise across Zoho CRM, Zoho Voice, Supabase, Cloudflare Workers, OAuth 2.0 architecture, and custom frontend dashboards — all integrated into one cohesive, real-time system. Most agencies and development firms simply do not have this combination of skills under one roof, and even fewer truly understand Zoho's API architecture at the level this project demands.
Optional Monthly Support Retainer — $650 / 5 hours per month: Post-launch sync monitoring, integration maintenance, OAuth token management, up to 5 hrs/month of feature adjustments and priority incident response. Month-to-month, no lock-in, 30-day cancellation notice. Additional hours beyond the 5hr bucket billed at your discounted rate of $105/hr.
