Building on the foundation established together in the CRM & Voice Dashboard, this engagement takes the next significant leap. We are designing and delivering a full-scale Sales Intelligence Platform — a purpose-built system that automates decisions inside Zoho CRM, syncs bidirectionally with an external Supabase database, and powers an AI agent trained on CAA's own pipeline data and performance history. Every layer of your team — reps, managers, leadership — gets the intelligence to act proactively, not reactively.
This is not a CRM reconfiguration. It is a layered platform with purpose-built logic at every level: custom Deluge functions for business rules Zoho can't handle natively, a real-time sync engine connecting your CRM to an external database, a role-gated intelligence application for managers and leadership, and an embedded widget that puts AI-powered insights directly inside the deal records your reps work in every day.
Projects of this nature — combining CRM pipeline architecture, custom automation development, a bidirectional sync engine, an external application, and AI agent development — are genuinely difficult to quote with precision from a brief alone. Our team has delivered similar engagements and we draw on that experience to give you a number we stand behind. The primary variable is how deep the AI integration goes, and what complexity surfaces during discovery.
Our commitment: By the time we reach approximately 20% of project completion, we will have a precise final figure within the stated range — communicated to you before we continue. Nothing moves without your approval, and nothing outside this proposal is billed without a separate written agreement.
The following represents the core areas of work included within this engagement. Implementation details for each area will be finalized collaboratively during the discovery phase. Any requirements beyond what is outlined here will be scoped and agreed upon separately before any additional work begins.
Pipeline Architecture & Configuration
End-to-end sales pipeline design and implementation inside Zoho CRM — all stages, branches, conditional layouts, and custom fields built collaboratively with your team to accurately reflect how CAA sells.
Zoho Automations & Workflow Rules
Native Zoho CRM workflow rules, blueprint actions, field update triggers, and automation rules — handling stage transitions, team routing, notifications, and process enforcement throughout the pipeline.
Custom Zoho Deluge Functions
Purpose-built Deluge scripting for logic that exceeds native Zoho capabilities — scheduled background processes, time-based calculations, dynamic team routing, alert escalations, and business logic specific to how CAA operates.
Supabase Integration & Two-Way Sync
A bidirectional, near-real-time sync engine connecting all major Zoho CRM modules to a Supabase Postgres database via a Cloudflare Workers middleware layer — with conflict resolution, retry logic, and a full historical data backfill at go-live.
External Application & UI/UX
A role-gated web application built on Next.js and hosted on Cloudflare Pages — with purpose-designed views for sales reps, managers, and leadership, built for daily operational use and clarity.
Zoho CRM Embedded Widget
A custom widget built with the Zoho Widget SDK, embedded directly inside CRM records — surfacing AI insights and key intelligence to reps without disrupting their existing workflow inside Zoho.
AI Agent Development & Training
A production-grade AI agent powered by the Claude API — architected with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) on CAA's own pipeline data, deal history, and performance patterns stored in a vector database. Not a generic assistant: a purpose-trained intelligence system that knows your business. The depth of this component is the primary driver of where the investment lands within the stated range.
Testing, UAT & Team Training
End-to-end testing across all integration and automation layers, user acceptance testing sessions with your team, feedback incorporation, and a structured training walkthrough at delivery — including written documentation and an operations runbook.
Most agencies are experimenting with AI. We are shipping it in production.
EAS has designed and deployed Claude API-powered systems serving real client workloads — not prototypes, not demos. Our AI work is grounded in retrieval-augmented generation, semantic vector search, multi-turn context management, structured prompt engineering at scale, and ZDR-compliant deployments with Anthropic Workspaces for per-client data isolation. We don't add AI as a feature — we architect it as the intelligence layer of the system from the ground up.
The same depth applies to API integration. We have mapped, implemented, and stress-tested the Zoho CRM API, Zoho Voice API, Zoho Widget SDK, Zoho Deluge runtime, and a range of third-party APIs across dozens of production deployments. We know where the edge cases are, how rate limits behave under load, and how to build sync engines that don't break when a third-party changes their behavior. There is no learning curve on this project. We start executing from Day 1.
RAG Architecture
Retrieval-augmented generation on your own data — pgvector semantic search, chunking strategies, and context window management for accurate, grounded AI responses.
API Integration Mastery
Zoho CRM, Zoho Voice, Widget SDK, Deluge, Supabase, Cloudflare Workers — we have built production systems on every layer of this stack simultaneously.
Secure AI Deployment
ZDR-enabled API calls, Anthropic Workspaces per-client isolation, Supabase Row-Level Security, and Cloudflare Zero Trust — AI that is powerful and enterprise-safe.
Built on the EAS enterprise stack — battle-tested across production client deployments and intentionally chosen for reliability, security, and long-term maintainability.
What's Included
All eight scope areas — pipeline build, Zoho automations, Deluge functions, Supabase sync, external app, CRM widget, AI agent, and team training. Nothing is billed outside this range without your prior written agreement.
What Drives the Range
Primarily the depth of the AI agent and complexity discovered during discovery. We will lock in a precise final figure at the 20% completion milestone — always within this range, always communicated before we proceed.

Select your preferred kick-off date:
July 5, 2026
Kick off the week after Independence Day. Full team available from Day 1. Targets go-live late August.
July 12, 2026
One-week buffer after the holiday. Allows extra time for any pre-project coordination on CAA's side.
This project requires simultaneous mastery across Zoho's full API surface, custom application development, bidirectional sync architecture, and production AI deployment. That combination is exceptionally rare. Most firms have one piece. We have all of them — and we have already proven it with CAA in Phase 1.
We don't offer AI as an add-on — it is a core engineering discipline at EAS. We have shipped production Claude API integrations, built RAG pipelines on real client data, and deployed AI agents that make decisions inside live business workflows. This is our specialty, not our experiment.
As a certified Zoho Partner, we operate at the deepest level of the Zoho stack — CRM API, Deluge scripting, Blueprint automation, Widget SDK — far beyond what most partners reach. Our Zoho implementations power real workflows for real users every day.
You work directly with Jesus Sosa — EAS founder — and a handpicked senior team. No account managers, no outsourcing, no junior developers learning on your time. Every hour billed on this project is senior-level work, accountable to you directly.
Weekly progress meetings, milestone-based billing, clear scope boundaries, and a full ownership handoff at completion. We have already delivered on this standard with CAA — and this engagement carries the same commitment at greater scale.
Weekly Progress Meetings
One to two meetings every week via Zoom or Google Meet — reviewing completed work, demoing progress, addressing blockers, and aligning on next steps. You always know exactly where the project stands.
12-Month Post-Launch Maintenance
All technical issues caused by our code or infrastructure are covered at no additional cost for 12 months post-launch. Bugs, sync failures, or system errors introduced by our code — fixed, at no charge.
Full Ownership at Delivery
At completion, CAA receives full ownership of all source code, repositories, documentation, and training materials. Nothing is locked behind our accounts or licenses — the platform is yours entirely.
